Understanding the Architecture
Through this project I expanded my knowledge of Solidity and JavaScript (for testing and deployment scripts). This project uses HardHat as a Smart Contract Development Framework.

Inspection Protocol: An inspector plays a pivotal role, determining the fate of the transaction based on the property's condition.
Ownership: Upon fulfillment of conditions, the contract seamlessly transfers ownership of the NFT, ushering in a new era of property ownership.

In my opinion this Tokenization of Real World Assets is where Blockchain and Web3 shine. While NFTs have had their fans and haters over the last years I think many critics were correct, when claiming that NFTs are just JPEGs which cost money. As everyone could see, there was a lot of hype, overestimation and greed in this space. But as you can see, there is more to that. With the use of Oracles like ChainLink and the use of NFTs to solve problems like this project, I think we can see a lot of great use for this technology to the benefit of us all.
